We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a positive experience. We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. Please review our return policy below:

Final Sale:

  • All injectable, skincare, and pharmaceutical products are final sale due to health and safety regulations.

  • For quality concerns related to these products, please contact the manufacturer directly. We can provide you with manufacturer contact information upon request. For any shipping concerns, please contact us at orders@medshift.com or fill out our form here.

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for unopened and unused devices within 15 days of delivery.

  • Returned devices must be new and unused condition and in their original packaging with all components and manuals included.

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by email at orders@medshift.com.

  • In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your own protection.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned devices.

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds for returned items.

  • Instead, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price of the returned item, minus the restocking fee.

  • Store credit will not expire and can be used towards any future purchase on the Be Her store.

Exchanges:

  • We currently don't offer direct exchanges. However, you can achieve an exchange by following our return process.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact orders@medshift.com within 15 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and the 10% restocking fee. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue store credit for you to purchase the desired replacement item on our website.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment.

  • We cannot accept returns for opened or used devices.

This return policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in accordance with North Carolina law.
